Volvo Penta 41103804 Isolation

The Isolation – Volvo Penta (41103804) has a better isolating and isolation system with a density of 100 kg/m3 (6.24 lb / ft3) absorbing effect.It is highly matched to the frequency and amount of noise from engines for ships (see diagram). Materials are from recycles, which have a weight and porosity combination. It insulates as well as absorbs. Both in transport and when mounted, they are simple to handle. They come in three thicknesses: 20, 30, and 50 mm, and can be customized. With a sharp knife, it’s simple to cut to shape. Self-adhesive and non-adhesive variants are available. The material has been coated with a fire-resistant composition and can withstand high temperatures of up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. 200ºC/390ºF.
