A new Aerospace Precision Casting (APC) process employing a Titanium/Strontium/Aluminum alloy creates propellers up to 33% stronger than traditional die and squeezes cast aluminum propellers. Coated with an environmentally friendly anti-corrosion powder coating developed by AkzoNobel* and applied robotically.
